The 100 Global Citizens

The 100 Global Citizens

The 100 Global Citizens is a flagship program by Youth for Peace, designed to empower young people from Jordanian and Syrian communities to become active global citizens and peacebuilders. The program brings together youth from diverse backgrounds to learn, collaborate, and take action toward building more peaceful, inclusive, and sustainable societies.

About the Program

The project is implemented under the UNESCO Youth for Peace: Intercultural Leadership Programme and generously supported by KINGOLD Group. It focuses on fostering Global Citizenship Education (GCED), promoting the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and strengthening leadership, dialogue, and intercultural understanding among youth.

Through interactive workshops, dialogue sessions, and collaborative activities, participants gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to address both local and global challenges. The program emphasizes practical learning, encouraging youth to translate ideas into initiatives that make a tangible difference in their communities.
